so I changed it ..............a new cleaner fresher blog - like the new start at the new house!

all bright and breezy..........

and I never even got to eat my spinach I bought !

exhibition ............nearly done!

at last I have fininshed 18 new 'listeners' for my exhibition which starts next week..........

blankets and listeners

After frantic moves, packing and the infernal shifting of furniture - I am now trying to get back to my creative being !

I have an exhibition in less than a


month in Borås - and I have worked on the theory that it will only contain 'listeners'.....................so I have been working on them all day.

However I couldnt pass up the opportunity to buy and felt this lovely blanket

..........................

I really enjoyed using my other old blanket which I used to make into slippers and jewellery, bags and purses - so when I spotted this one in a junk shop , it was a 'have to have' !

But I also found these gorgeous yarns - and although they are not second hand , they are fabulous for the purpose of the 'listeners'..........

...........put your feet up, grab a cup of tea and enjoy these yarns !

Rolf.................priceless

I had the pleasure of working with Rolf during my time with the Swedish church ....................a pearl of a man - the likes of which are hard to find anywhere in the world! He turned up with these wonderful flowers................ thank you Rolf - you are quite the loveliest and kindest person I have met.



I am still in the packing mode ..................everything now lies in boxes ..............labelled and marked - depending on the direction it is going in!








even poor Charlie is nervous about being left behind - so I caught him asleep today in one of my material baskets!

Poor Charlie .....................we will soon be in our new house !
